Asterisk

Process the allowed agent side of PBX calls on the Asterisk server. Install the module, configure agent endpoints, and validate live call processing without a desktop virtual microphone.

Windows Desktop App

Run Accent Conversion on a Windows workstation through the Arctan virtual microphone. Configure Windows audio and the calling or meeting application used by the agent.

Asterisk and the Desktop App are alternative delivery channels. A customer normally follows the guide for the channel selected during deployment, rather than installing both for the same agent audio path.
