Accent Conversion For Asterisk
Run Accent Conversion on the agent side of calls handled by an existing Asterisk PBX. The product-specific package installs the arctan-vi-asterisk.so runtime module, while the customer deployment policy supplies its managed processing configuration.

Install
Run preflight checks, download the package, configure the SDK key, allow agent endpoints, handle any local rebuild requirement, load the module, and verify one real call.
Update
Replace the package and loaded module during a maintenance window, validate module status, roll back, or uninstall cleanly.
Troubleshoot
Work through numbered diagnostics for install failures, license state, endpoint policy, WebRTC/Opus, and audio quality.
No dialplan hook is required for the published path. The module watches Asterisk channels and auto-attaches only to agent endpoints allowed by policy. Model locations, model credentials, and pipeline tuning remain managed by Arctan and are not customer configuration fields.
